This policy explains how FollowersGrowth ("we") handles personal data when you use FollowersGrowth at https://followersgrowth.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address. If you sign up with a password, we store only a bcrypt hash of it, never the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email, name and profile picture.
- Orders: the service, quantity, price and the public username or link you submit, plus order status and delivery progress.
- Wallet records: every balance change, such as order charges, refunds and adjustments by our staff, with the reason.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page and time), kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect your Instagram password and will never ask for it.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To place, track, refund and refill your orders.
- To keep an accurate record of your wallet balance.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to answer support requests.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
- Fulfilment providers: the public username or link and the quantity for each order, so it can be delivered. They do not receive your email or name.
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Hosting and database providers that run our infrastructure on our behalf.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
Security
Data sent between your browser and our website is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Order links and other database records are protected by access controls on our servers; they are not encrypted at rest by the application. Staff access is limited to administrators who need it.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed for sign-in and security: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and short-lived cookies that protect sign-in forms against forgery and complete Google sign-in if you use it. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep data
- Account and order records: while your account is open and for up to 7 years afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to some uses of it. Email support@followersgrowth.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. Some records, such as wallet transactions, may need to be kept for legal reasons even after you close your account.
