These terms apply to your use of FollowersGrowth at https://followersgrowth.com, operated by FollowersGrowth ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
We sell engagement services for public Instagram accounts and posts, such as followers, likes, views, comments, shares and live viewers. Orders are fulfilled through third-party providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Instagram or Meta.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person or business may hold more than one account only if each is used for a legitimate, separate purpose.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargebacks, abuse of refunds or attempts to harm the service.
How orders work
- Every order needs a public username or link. We never ask for, accept or store your social media password, and you should never share it with us or anyone else.
- The account or post must stay public and unchanged while an order runs. If it is made private, deleted or renamed, delivery may stop and the order may be canceled or completed partially.
- Orders are delivered gradually. Where a service shows an expected pace, it is an estimate, not a commitment.
- Quantities and prices are shown before you pay. The price you see at checkout is the price charged to your wallet.
Wallet balance
- Orders are paid from your wallet balance, which is held in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are converted for display.
- Balance can be spent on any service. It is not a bank account and earns no interest.
- Refunds for canceled or partially delivered orders go back to your wallet, as described in our Refund & Refill Policy.
Refunds and refills
Refunds and refills follow our Refund & Refill Policy. In short: canceled orders are refunded in full to your wallet, partially delivered orders are refunded for the undelivered part, and completed orders are not refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- order engagement for content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- use the service to harass, impersonate or mislead people;
- attempt to access other users' accounts, probe or overload our systems, or bypass rate limits;
- resell access to your account or use automated scripts against our website, except through an interface we provide for that purpose.
Using our order interface programmatically
Our order endpoint is built for the website and accepts requests only from your own signed-in session on our domain. If you automate orders from that session, you may place at most 10 orders per minute and must handle error responses correctly. There is no separate public API at this time, and we may change or withdraw programmatic access at any time.
Platform risk
Instagram set their own rules about purchased engagement. They may remove engagement, limit reach or take action against accounts. We cannot control their decisions, and you use the service at your own discretion and risk.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, reach or account standing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will tell you on the website or by email before it takes effect.
